*T24 - Our Priority Tracked (24 hour) UK Delivery - Aims to have your parcel with you the next working day (next day delivery is not guaranteed). Please note, orders placed after 1pm on Fridays will not be dispatched until the following Monday (If any holiday comes on Monday then order will dispatch on following Tuesday).
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
The service you choose when you place your order will determine when you should expect to receive it. We dispatch items the same day before 9am for T48 standard delivery and 1pm for T24 Delivery, any orders received after this time will be dispatched the following working day. For all T48 standard estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days and T24 delivery estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days (Please note, orders placed after 1pm on Fridays will not be dispatched until the following Monday.). Please allow for these timescales before contacting us about your parcel.
MY PARCEL HAS NOT ARRIVED, WHERE IS IT?
For items sent via a tracked postal service, you will be sent your tracking number via email once we have shipped your parcel. Please check the status on your tracking number in the first instance. If your parcel is showing as delivered but you do not have your item, we recommend checking in any safe places or with any neighbours to see if they have accepted the parcel on your behalf. If you still cannot locate your parcel, please use the resolution centre to open a case for eBay to review. If your tracking does not show as being delivered or your parcel was untracked and has not arrived after 7 days, please contact us to try and resolve this for you.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORTS DUTIES?
In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
TopSox Ltd has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
For Standard UK Mainland deliveries, you should have your order in 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch.
If you opt for Next Day Delivery we will dispatch same day for orders received before 3pm.
International Deliveries can take up to 14 working days.
WHAT TIME WILL MY DELIVERY ARRIVE?
Deliveries can be made between 8.00am and 7.00pm.
ARE YOU ABLE TO DELIVER TO AN ADDRESS DIFFERENT TO MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes, we can send to a work address or another residential address. If you select your workplace, please ensure you always put the name of the Company or Organisation in the address field, as well as your name to ensure you receive your order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT IN WHEN MY PARCEL IS DUE TO BE DELIVERED?
The delivery company may leave the parcel with a neighbour, or if there is a safe and secure location at the property they may leave the parcel there.
They always leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, and provide you with details on where the parcel has been delivered to, how to contact them to re-arrange a delivery time or to advise where you can pick your parcel up from.
IS MY POSTCODE ELIGIBLE FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY?
All Mainland UK postcodes are eligible for Next Day delivery. Please check with Royal Mail for further details.
